The Westchester Asian Film Alliance, a project of Young OCA in partnership with the White Plains Library, OCA, the Japanese American Association of New York and the Japanese American Citizens League of New York, will be presenting the Cats of Mirikitani, a heartwarming film about an elderly Japanese American artist, homeless in NYC, and his journey of survival, art, and reconciliation after being interned by the U.S. Government in World War II.
