Once again, the OCA NY-area chapters are co-sponsoring the Lunar New Year parade pre-party and then will be marching together with our partners, FCC Orphanage Assistance, and the Chinese Progressive Association in the Lunar New Year Parade. OCA members can register free the first week (up to Feb 19) and then a donation will be requested, so please register now.
