About this event
Welcome to the Annual 4-Chapter Picnic! 🌳It is that special time of year when our four chapters come together to celebrate! As this year's proud hosting chapter, we are thrilled to welcome everyone and take care of the grill. This year, we are at Pavilion C, Parking in Area P1, P2 & P3, adjacent to the Bergen County Zoo & Carousel.
Registration (Includes admission to Train Ride & Carousel). Registration required by Sept 23 :
OCA Members in good standing: Free
General public & guests: $10 per person
What We’re Providing: The hosting chapter will be serving up fresh hamburgers, hot dogs, and plenty of cold drinks for everyone. Vegan hamburger options will also be available!
What to Bring: To keep our community healthy and ensure the highest standards of food safety, we are shifting our potluck style a bit this year. We are continuing to ask our guests to bring a dish to share with 10 people but we kindly ask that all shared dishes be pre-packaged or store-bought rather than homemade. No need to spend hours in the kitchen! Please grab a favorite ready-to-serve side dish, chips, or dessert from your local market or bakery to round out our meal.
Please note: By registering for and attending the OCA Picnic, you consent to being photographed or filmed. OCA New Jersey Chapter, OCA New York Chapter, OCA Long Island Chapter and OCA Westchester Hudson Valley Chapter, may use these images in our marketing materials, website, and social media channels. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our event staff or photographer at the check-in desk.
We look forward to sharing stories, building connections, and meeting advocates from across our four OCA chapters as we continue our mission to advance the social, political, and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans. Your presence helps strengthen our network and supports future advocacy, education, and leadership programs 🍱.
