Osborne Ringstad

Osborne Ringstad is a tenth grade high school student at Rye Neck High School. He is a founding member of the New Bridges Coalition youth group. As well, he attends the Korean School of New York, has volunteered at the OCA/WHV Asian Heritage Festival, and is a website/newsletter intern.
