Jean Chang

Jean served as a past president of this chapter. she has also served as Executive VP at OCA National in addition to serving as VP of Finance and Education. she holds an MBA from NYU. Jean serves on the Youth Awards committee and a generous contribution to OCA. Jean and her husband Dr. Stanley Chang are Lifetime members and have two grown children.
