David Chen

Dr. David Chen retired from New York Presbyterian Hospital, Westchester Division in 2010. He received his doctorate in Gerontology from Teachers college, Columbia University in 1981. He has worked in both inpatient and outpatient clinic for medical and psychiatric patients
at various hospitals' He was an assistant professor of psychiatry at Albert Einstein college of Medicine from 1991 to 2009. He serves as vice President of community outreach and is appointed as a senior council member by Westchester County Executive.
