Christine Zhao

Christine is CFO of Edoe Acquisition Corp. Venture partner at Yuan Ming Capital, a cross-border VCPE fund. Board member of biopharma company Beyond Spring and fintech company Urban FT. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer for two PE-backed private companies, one was subsequently listed on NYSE. Prior to these, she was a Managing Director at Bank of America and ED atJPMorgan where she held senior positions in corporate and investment banking units. As a CFA, Christine holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a long-time board member of the Chinese Finance Association and Asian Pacific American Advocates.
