Emily Tian

Hi! My name's Emily, and I’m an aspiring future doctor. My passion for medicine first ignited during my junior year of high school, when I started AP Biology with little expectation of what was to come. As the year went on, I found myself increasingly fascinated by the subject, constantly asking questions and wanting to learn more. This curiosity pushed me to take on additional EMS shifts and engage in research under the mentorship of Dr. Ryan Kahn.

Outside my career passions, I am also a Word hunt fanatic, always finding every chance I can to play this addicting game pigeon game. With a high score of 50,000, it's safe to say that I've honed my word-finding skills-—though I'm still chasing that next record!

Besides word-hunts, you can also often find me knitting and crocheting, creating special projects that allow me to unwind and express my creativity. I also love to curl up with a good book, a hobby that sparked after 4th grade me had finished Rick Riordan's infamous Percy Jackson series.
