- 1 - 1:30 PM: Opening ceremony national anthem by Timothy Yang
- 1:30 - 3:30 PM: Photo booth, kids dragon mask coloring, music performances by local students, groups booth exhibitions
- 3:30 - 4 PM: First ever county lion/dragon dance, performance by The Fire Mountain School of Chinese Martial Arts and Energy Fitness
