“Flourish this Fall” by joining SPEAK for an afternoon of Eastern and Western health and wellness practices. Listen, learn and practice helpful tips that will give you a little health boost and bring you relaxation. Planned activities include yoga, acupuncture, Qi Gong, local resources, and more. Enjoy Asian snacks and a wellness-related raffle, including prizes such as a gift card to Ritual Yoga in Ossining, Korean face masks, and the Asian American Teen's Mental Health Workbook!

Our schedule for the afternoon:

• 1:30 Yoga with Vaishali of Yogashali

• 2:00 Mini Life-Coaching Session with Alice Chin

• 2:30 Acupuncture with The Force Acupuncture

• 3:00 The Asian American Teen's Mental Health Book Talk

• 3:30 Qi Gong with Qi Gong Westchester

• 4:00 AAPI Teen Mental Health Panel with moderator Brain Waves for Change

Raffles will be drawn throughout the afternoon! Wellness Raffle Prizes include: Mindfulness Cards, a copy of the Asian American Teen's Mental Health Workbook, a $75 private yoga session, a giftcard for a kintsugi-designed sweatshirt, Korean face masks, a $100 Ritual Yoga giftcard, and more! Must be present to win.
