Bob Chao was a passionate, tireless advocate for Asian Americans, a community activist, a past president of OCA Westchester and Hudson Valley (OCA WHV) and a role model for the entire OCA WHV board. In recognition of his contributions to the communities of Westchester, Bob was nominated and approved to be inducted posthumously into the Westchester County Senior Hall of Fame
This year's Senior Citizens Hall of Fame will be held on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 11:30 am - 3:00 pm at the Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown. The Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services (DSPS), Westchester Parks, Recreation, and Conservation, and the Westchester Public/Private Partnership for Aging Services will be hosting this celebration with sponsorships and congratulatory journal ad opportunities available.
