Peggy Y. Chen

Peggy Y. Chen*, CPA, has over 30 years of experience in financial services, including national and international assignments. At Citigroup, she was a Financial Controller for Citicorp Technology Infrastructure of Citigroup North America.  Now retired, she continues to serve in the community.

Peggy currently serves as president of OCA-Westchester and Hudson Valley Chapter.  She is the OCA-WHV coordinator for the Westchester Livable Communities for seniors.  Peggy is a founding member of the Chinese Alliance Church of Westchester (CACW) and a member of the Scarsdale Woman’s Club. She leads the Audit team and completes the annual financial audit for CACW.  She and her husband, David, have resided in Scarsdale, NY since 1985.  They have two grown children and two grandsons.
